WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

 We currently only ship within the U.S.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Processing time non-custom orders is 3-5 business days & standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FOR MY RETURNED/EXCHANGED ITEM?

Customers  are required to cover the cost for the shipping for your returned or exchanged item.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Most of out item are made to order therefore we are unable to except returns/or exchanges on some items. Returns and Exchanges are accepted on a per custom basis. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us via email within 3 business days upon receipt of your delivered order at Demurejewelrybrand@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject line. To process approved exchange items must be sent within 7 business days of delivery. If item isnt returned within the 7 business day window period exchange will be automatically canceled.

DOES DEMURE JEWELRY PROCESS ORDERS ON THE WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS?

DeMure Jewelry does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please email demurejewelrybrand@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for order cancelled once they have been shipped.
