At Demure Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized pieces
Final sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
